So What's In The Box?

"I've poured 30 years of surfing and teaching experience into this program."

01

How To Pop Up

Everything starts here. If we can't stand up on the surfboard quickly and correctly, we might either miss the wave or wipeout. After working with hundreds of surf students, i can easily show you the stages, common mistakes, and physical exercises to improve your stance.

02

Improve Your Paddling

Paddling on a surfboard requires precise and specific techniques, and undoubtedly, being in good paddling shape or having overall fitness is beneficial. Yet, many fit surfers struggle to paddle correctly and efficiently on a surfboard. We'll explore proper paddling techniques and introduce functional exercises you can perform at home to enhance your paddling skills.

03

Reading Waves and Correct Positioning

If you've ever observed really good surfers or surfed near them, you've likely noticed they somehow always find themselves in the right place at the right time. This usually isn't due to luck or being physically stronger than you, but because experienced surfers can read the ocean signs and position themselves in anticipation of the incoming wave. In this course, I'm going to teach you the most common mistakes in wave reading and how to position yourself correctly on a wave.

04

Generate Speed

Speed is essential for making a turn. However, a breaking wave offers only a few points for speed generation, and it's our mission to use the surfboard correctly that makes all the difference. Mastering speed creation lays a foundation applicable to both basic and advanced surfing techniques. In this course i will show you how i generate speed, even on the smallest waves.

05

The Bottom Turn

That moment when you're riding down the wave, trying to make it to the the green wave. Many surfers struggle with the bottom turn for a variety of reasons. In this course, I'll give you some crucial tips that will help you overcome this challenge and enjoy the green wave as much as you can.

06

The Cutback

The cutback is essentially the foundation of all surfing maneuvers. It's the way I manage to move my body to the other side, in order to cut through the wave aggressively and powerfully. In this course, I'm going to teach you the key points for executing a strong cutback, and how we apply them on both the surfboard and the surf skate.

07

The Round The House Cutback

The roundhouse cutback is one of the most challenging maneuvers in surfing, requiring our bodies to perform many actions to achieve a full turn. In this course, I will teach you, step by step, how to execute a perfect roundhouse cutback and how to practice it on the surf skate.

08

Mental Tools For Surfing

To become a better surfer, it's crucial to face our biggest fears and failures. In this course, I'll teach you the methods that have helped me strengthen my mental resilience in surfing, how I work on myself from session to session, and I'm confident these strategies will greatly benefit you.

09

Backside Surfing

So, one of the hardest things surfers face is backside surfing. It's simply less natural for us, as we have our back to the wave. In this course, we'll focus on both frontside and backside surfing, with special exercises designed to enhance your comfort and skills in backside surfing.

10

Correcting Common Mistakes

Each topic in the course addresses the common mistakes surfers make and how to correct them. I believe this is one of the most effective ways to learn surfing, and I'm confident you can identify and correct your own errors just by observing the mistakes of others.

11

Surf Skate Tools

Using a surf skate is one of the best things a surfer can do for themselves. Almost every basic surfing maneuver can be simulated accurately and fundamentally with it. In this course, I'll show you the exercises that have helped me improve the surfing skills of hundreds of my students.

12

Functional Exercises

Improving in surfing without actually surfing or surf skating is challenging, but it's possible to strengthen the muscles that are specifically used in surfing. Some of the chapters include special physical exercises and training routines I've developed over the years, and i'm sure it's going to benefit you.
